Established in January 2008, JWA Insurance Service LLC is a small locally owned independent insurance agency, committed to personal service. With membership in the American Advantage Group, LLC, JWA offers products and services for both personal and business needs with more than 25 top rated companies.

JWA Insurance Service, LLC was founded January 3, 2008 by Janice Williams. First licensed in 1995, Jan started out being licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance. Expanding her growing business, she opened up her market to the Commercial market along with licenses in Accident and Health Insurance as well as Life Insurance. Originally from Michigan for her entire childhood, she joined the Navy and was accepted into the trial program for the Boost program to become an officer. She became a mother of 3 and found herself at home in central Wisconsin, first in Plymouth, then moving permanently to Berlin. Jan’s one desire in her business is to ensure that she can find the best and most affordable insurance products to fit each situation. She welcomes her clients into the office with a smile and they normally leave with a hug!

Sarah Green, Jan’s oldest daughter followed in the family tradition of joining the military. She left home at 19 and became a Nuclear Mechanic in the Navy. She married and also has 3 children. After being honorably discharged from the Navy after 9 years of service, she attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia for a Bachelors in Finance with a focus in Insurance and Financial Services. Before moving back to Wisconsin, she began working for JWA Insurance Services from home in the spring of 2014 and made the big move in June of 2015. Sarah is also licensed in Property and Casualty.

Both Sarah and Jan have found that working together not just as mother and daughter, but as Veterans of the United States Navy has brought a unique work ethic and drive to grow their agency but still provide personal, one on one attention to each client that calls or walks in the door.
